Ways to Reduce Stress at Home

According to the American Psychological Association, the United States is experiencing a mental health crisis. In their annual Stress in America(TM) survey, they found that “2 in 3 adults (67%) say they have experienced increased stress over the course of the pandemic.” This added stress can take a toll on your mind, body, and relationships. Since most people spend more than 85% of their time indoors, one way to decrease your stress is to intentionally make your home more relaxing. Check out our ideas below!
